1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the pak444 platform, including the website at pak444.pro and all associated gaming services, features, promotions and account functionality. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may have deposit, withdrawal or gaming access suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your pak444 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any communications sent through your account. pak444 cannot be held responsible for any losses that result from you sharing your account credentials or failing to keep your login details secure.

You must keep your password confidential at all times and must not share your login details with anyone — including family members or friends. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify pak444 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but we are not liable for any losses incurred prior to notification.

• Do not use automated software, scripts or bots to access or interact with the pak444 platform.
• Do not attempt to access other players' accounts or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Keep your registered contact number and email address up to date at all times.
• Notify support promptly if any of your personal or payment details change.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy or anonymising service to access pak444 in a way that misrepresents your location or identity.

pak444 reserves the right to carry out periodic account reviews and may request additional verification at any point. Failure to cooperate with a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions being placed on your account until the matter is resolved.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pak444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to your balance at any point.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer to and from Pakistani bank accounts

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak444 does not impose minimum deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes set out in the platform's Withdrawals section. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on the same account, and must be made to an account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

pak444 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending a review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given an opportunity to provide any information required to resolve the matter.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply across all pak444 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus credit expires if not played through within the stated validity window. Expired bonus credit is removed from your account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus credit through the required amount are eligible for withdrawal.
• pak444 does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of hedging, arbitrage or low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Players found to be abusing bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will have their bonus credit voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

pak444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle for players who have already opted in, we will make reasonable efforts to honour the terms in place at the time of opt-in or provide an equivalent alternative.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pak444 — including Casino table games, Slots, Live Casino titles, Fish Games and Sports Betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category. By playing any game on pak444, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak444:

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting on pak444 covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and other markets as listed on the Bet section of the platform. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed after placement except where explicitly stated in the rules for a specific market.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the market-specific rules displayed at the time of betting. For most Cricket markets, a match must reach a defined minimum number of overs for bets to stand — this is stated in the market rules.
• In-play betting markets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant period or event. pak444 uses official score data from recognised sources and is not liable for errors in third-party data feeds.

• pak444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak444 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Use the pak444 name, logo or branding in any context outside of normal platform use
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform's software

9. Limitation of Liability

pak444 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that all features will function without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted, pak444 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from gambling activity
• Loss of data or account access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control
• Technical failures, network outages or third-party payment provider delays
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with another person
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any nature

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

pak444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse or money laundering
• Multiple accounts registered by the same person
• Confirmed underage access
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct directed at pak444 staff or other players
• Confirmed use of prohibited software or unfair play methods

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance that was generated through the breaching conduct may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player fault — for example, in the event of a platform shutdown — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.
